Does a buyer agent need an account?
No. The offer link is public. They fill in who they are, the terms, and attach the documents. They get a private link by email to track it, add documents, revise, or withdraw.
What if the offer comes by email anyway?
Log it. Thirty seconds: the terms, the PDF, the buyer agent's email if you want them to get a status link. It sits beside the others.
Can the seller see who the buyer agent is?
They see the buyer's names and the brokerage, the terms, the documents, and your note. Not the buyer agent's phone or email. That stays with you.
Can I keep an offer from the seller?
Yes. Every offer has a visible-to-seller switch. Registered offers with no terms yet show as "more on the way".
Is this an e-signature tool?
No. Signatures happen in BuyerPen, LinkFeather, or whatever you use. DealHinge is where the signed offers land and get compared.
