Terms of service

These terms govern your use of DealHinge, a service operated by Henosis Labs (“we”). By creating an account or opening a link we sent you, you agree to them.

What DealHinge is

DealHinge is software that helps a real estate licensee collect, organise, and present purchase offers on a listing, and that lets buyer agents submit and track offers. It is not an e-signature service and does not create a binding contract; the signed documents govern. It does not give legal advice. Terms shown on the desk are as entered by the submitting party; if they differ from the signed offer, the signed offer governs. Buyer agents and buyers who use an offer link do so without an account and agree to these terms by submitting.

Your account and your team

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Team owners and admins can see every listing and offer on the team. Seller links and buyer-agent links are addressed to one person; do not forward them.

Data

Sales data comes from MLS sources and public records and is provided as-is. You are responsible for complying with your MLS’s rules on how listing data may be displayed and shared, and for the accuracy of anything you add by hand.

Payment

Plans are billed through Henosis Billing. Per-listing purchases are one-time and non-refundable once the listing has been shared with a seller. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Acceptable use

Don’t use DealHinge to misrepresent a property, an offer, or a party, to share data you are not licensed to share, or to interfere with the service.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Henosis Labs is not liable for decisions made on the basis of an analysis prepared with DealHinge.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the date at the top when we do.
